What is CleanBamboo™ and how is it different from traditional bamboo?
Our CleanBamboo™ is made from 100% organic bamboo lyocell. Unlike traditional bamboo viscose, which uses harsh chemicals, our closed-loop process uses a non-toxic solvent and recycles 98% of the water used.
How do I care for my ettitude bedding?
To maintain the silky softness, machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with mild, eco-friendly detergent. Tumble dry on low or line dry. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners, as they can damage the natural fibers.
Do you offer a sleep trial?
Yes, we offer a 30-night sleep trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund, even if it has been washed and used.
Is your packaging sustainable?
Absolutely. We ship our products in reusable drawstring bags made from recycled fabric scraps, and our shipping mailers are made from 100% compostable or recyclable materials.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
