At ettitude, we want you to sleep soundly on your new sustainable bedding, which is why we offer a 30-night sleep trial to ensure our CleanBamboo™ fabrics are perfect for you. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on all eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging or a sustainable mailer of your choice, ensuring all tags and components are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
